                           Trekking Programme

  Day 01: Kathmandou –Ngadi (920m.)5 hours bus from Kathmandou to BhulBhule        (840m), then flat walk to Ngadi along rice fields and river Marsyangdi. Beautiful view    on Ngadichuli et Himalchuli.

 Day 02: Ngadi – Jagat (1300m.) 6 hours walk.

 Day 03 :Jagat–Dharapani (1920m.)6 hours walk.First tibetan villages(inhabitant native of  Managis).

 Day 04: Dharapani – Chame (2710m.) : around 6 hours walk. Nice view on Manaslu (8163m.)

 Day 05: Chame – Pissang (3200m.) : 5 hours walk. Old villages, alpes landscapes.

 Day 06: Pissang–Manang (3570m.)4-5 hours walk.Monasteries and stupas,view of  Annapurnas.

 Day 07: Manang – Khangsar (3700m.) : 2 hours walk. 

 Day 08: Khangsar – Tilicho base camp (4200m.) : about 4 hours walk, the path is a bit difficult.

 Day 09: Tilicho base camp – Shee kharka (4000m) : 2-3 hours climb up in the morning to  Tilicho  Lake (4919m.), then about 4 hours walk to Shree kharka (4000m.).

 Day 10: Shree kharka - Letdar (4200m.) : 4-5 hours walk. Panoramic view of Annapurnas.
 
 Day 11: Letdar – High camp (4800m.) : 4 hours gentle walk.

 Day 12: High camp – Muktinath (3800m) : early departure to allow easy access to the pass ,    About 3 hours climb. THORONG LA PASS ", 5416m. and 3 hours down to  Muktinath. Extraordinary view of Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri (8167m.).

 Day 13: Muktinath – Kagbeni (2800m.) : 3 hours walk, minéral landscape.


 Day 14: Kagbeni –Jomsom (2700m.) about 4-5 hours walk, visit of Marpha village and back to  Jomsom.

 Day 15: Jomsom – Pokhara (by plane) – Kathmandu (by mini bus).
