Trekking program
Day 01: Katmandou - Sundarijal (1500m) 1h car ride - Chisapani (2190m.) 4 hours walk. Steep climb to Mulkharka (2450m.) then descent. Beatiful forest and view of Kathmandu valley.

Day 02: Chisapani – Nagarkot (2194m.) : 6 hours walk. Huge panoramic view of Himalaya Annapurnas, Manaslu, Ganesh himal, Langtang and Gaurishankar). Sunset on Himalaya. Pleasant terrace.

Day 03: Nagarkot – Dhulikhel (1544 m.) : around 5 hours walk. Sunrise on Himalayas. Spectacular view.

Day 04: Dhulikhel – Namobuddha (1680m.) : 3- 4 hours walk. Beautiful villages. Visit of monastery of Namobuddha where you spend the night.

Day 05: Namobuddha - Panauti (1400m.) : 2-3 hours walk. View on Khopasi and Panauti valley. Visit of the newars towns, with its hindous temples then departure from Panauti to Katmandu (1h in local bus).
