Wonderful trek close to the beautiful Pokhara, Annapurna base camp is located in the heart of Annapurna's sanctuary. this is one of the most popular trek of Nepal.
A 360° view around on strings of snow-capped peaks from 6000m to 8091m : mountains as evocative as Hinchuli (6441m), Annapurna south (7219m), Barah Shikhar (7647m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna III (7555m), Gangapurna (7455m), and Machhapuchhre (6993m).


Trekking program
Day 01: Katmandu – Pokhara (915m) by tourist bus. Full board hotel near the lake.
Day 02: Pokhara - Nayapul (1030m)-Ulleri (2080m) 1 h in private car to Nayapul, then 4-5
hours walk to Ulleri, across terraced cultivation. The path is made of steps to
Ulleri, a big Magar ethnic village.
Day 03: Ulleri – Ghorepani (2874m) Climb up in the heart of a beautiful bamboo forest with
Daphné and Rhododendron. Very colourfull in March and April
Day 04: Ghorepani – Poon Hill (3210m) – Tadapani (2600m.) 5 hours walk. Leaving early in the
morning to Poon Hill, to be at the rising sun on the most beautiful peaks of the 
Himalaya chain : Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri. Get back to Ghorepani 
for Tadapani via a superb belvedere.
Day 05:Tadapani – Chhomrong (2050m) 4-5 hours walk across landscape of terraced 
cultivation. Chhomrong is the last village of the valley before the climb up to the
sanctuary.
Day 06: Chhomrong – Bamboo (2190m) 4-5 hours walk. The path is a little difficult with many
Day 07:Bamboo–Deurali(3200m)around 4 hours walk. Breathtaking cascades and steps,
forest. but your efforts are rewarded by the the splendid forest of rhhododendrons 
and bamboo.

Day 08: Deurali - Annapurna base camp (4130m) 4 hours walk. Progressive climb to base 
camp.In spring,alternative paths allow to avoid risk of avalanches.Afternoon rest 
or excursion around.The view is exceptionnel :360° ain the heart of the Annapurnas.
Day 09 : Annapurna base camp - Bamboo (2190m)5-6 hours walk. Early rise for sunrise over 
the Annapurnas. Descent to Bamboo via the same path.
Day 10: Bamboo – Jhinu (1750m) 5-6 hours walk. Natural hot spring.
Day 11: Jhinu – Tolka (1700m) 4-5 hours walk Descent to Modi Khola then climb towards 
Tolka. Beautiful scenery.

Day 12: Tolka – Dhampus (1750m) 4 hours walk. Climb to Deurali (2100m)Very nice rice fields
scenery then descent to Dhampus (1750m.) Attractive village and superb view of 
the Annapurnas,Macchpuchhre and Manaslu (8163m).
Day 13: Dhampus – Phedi (1230m) – Pokhara. 2 hours descent in steps to Phedi then car 
ride to Pokhara. Visit of the town during afternoon. Night spent by the lake. 
Day 14: Pokhara - Katmandu, by tourist bus, about 6 hours.
